Very , very good customer service. The sweatshirt is absolutely adorable. It is exactly what they show on their website. The sweatshirt is lighter weight but will work for chilly nights/days. . I bought as a gift, so I do not know how is washes etc. I will definitely be ordering again from them. It is especially nice the support they give to dogs.
